DESCRIPTION: Adoption Finalization and celebration event - Family event. Face painting, balloons/magician, Chick Fil A Cow, photo booth, games, music, arts and crafts, Chick Fil A and wraps, cupcakes, chips, drinks, donated Capes for kids who are finalizing that day. Jim Sackett award winner and a keynote speaker, opening ceremonies by the Judges after the earlier events.  All held at the Courthouse.
