DESCRIPTION: Adoption Finalization and celebration event - Community stakeholders and the Judiciary in celebration of National Adoption Day, we will be completing adoption finalizations for around 15-20 children. Before and after the adoptions we will have family-friendly festivities including photo booths, DJ, food, face painting and various games set up throughout the courthouse. The children and families will receive various gifts from various community stakeholders
